Cynthia Elachi is a Partner in the Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety Group at Clayton Utz. Renowned for her innovative approach, Cynthia combines her deep employment law expertise over her 25 year career, with a strong focus on the evolving role of technology in the workplace. She sits on the Firm’s AI Board, where she helps shape the firm’s response to emerging technologies and their impact on employment. Cynthia has extensive experience advising on strategic employment matters and defending large-scale employment-related litigation. She regularly represents major corporate and public sector clients in litigious matters across all jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of NSW and the Federal Court of Australia and is highly regarded for her work on workplace investigations, particularly those involving serious misconduct, bullying and harassment.
