Isabel Fangyi Lu

Dr Isabel Fangyi Lu is a Senior Advisor of Victorian Department Education's Tech Schools initiative, where she focuses on strategic planning and partnership development. Having worked across academic, government and community organisations, she brings innovation, evidence-based research and civic engagement to educational infrastructure initiatives. She is committed to designing better systems and building stronger networks at the intersection of digital technologies, community action and built environment. She’s also author of monograph, Reassembling Digital Placemaking: Politics and Participation and editor of Place without Borders: Arts Precincts and Public Culture in Victoria (forthcoming).
