Damon O'Sullivan

Damon O'Sullivan is one of the founders and Chief Executive Officer at Today, and firmly believes in taking urgent action to address today’s challenges. He is dedicated to embracing unconventional ideas and moving quickly to drive progress. Having studied psychology and philosophy, Damon began his career in the disability and aged care sector. He witnessed firsthand the impact that systems and services have on people’s lives, experiencing both outdated institutionalised care and progressive accommodation and recreation programs.

At Today, Damon has integrated the best practices of design, innovation, and technology into addressing the critical challenges and opportunities within the social, sustainability, and public sectors. Guided by Mark Strand’s wisdom that “the future is always beginning now", Damon remains restless and motivated to design a radically better, fairer and sustainable tomorrow.
