About

Radha Lokuge-Hayes

Radha has worked with Learning Creates as a community associate since 2025, investigating equity and access in the tertiary admissions space and exploring how our learning systems need to evolve to truly prepare young people for their future. Her work is focused on how young people can co-lead this transformation in ways that reflect their unique stories and perspectives in student agency, governance in learning, and the emerging role of AI. She is currently in her second year of a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne.
