Radha Lokuge-Hayes

Radha Lokuge-Hayes has worked with Learning Creates as a Community Associate since 2025, investigating equity and access in the tertiary admissions space and exploring how learning systems must evolve to better prepare young people for the future. Her work centres on enabling young people to co-lead this transformation, bringing their lived experiences into conversations around student agency, governance in education, and the emerging role of AI.

She is particularly interested in how systems can better recognise diverse pathways and perspectives, ensuring education is more inclusive, adaptive, and future-focused. Radha is currently in her second year of a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne.
