Samy Mansour

Samy Mansour is a Corporate / M&A Partner at Clayton Utz. He advises on complex transactions across a wide range of industries, including digital, technology and infrastructure. In addition, Samy sits on the Firm's AI Board, was the first Distinguished Fellow at the Centre for Legal Innovation at the College of Law and was a previous winner (and subsequent mentor) at the China Australia Millennial Project, a bilateral innovation incubator. He has been quoted in, or published, more than 200 articles on a range of subjects including legal innovation, commercial law and foreign investment.
