As an experienced leader, she thrives in times of change and bring an adaptive, evidence-based, and design-led approach to everything she does. She believes in harnessing the power of humans, data and AI in service to the community - using emerging technology not just for innovation’s sake, but to drive positive outcomes and to underpin foundations for change. Throughout her career, Tonya has worked with an incredible mix of public and private sector organisations — including Beyond Blue, Microsoft, Nike, ClimateWorks Australia, EPA Victoria, Lonely Planet, Aesop, Cotton On Group, LUXE City Guides, and WorkSafe Victoria. She has collaborated with passionate teams on transformative initiatives — designing and delivering experiences, products, services, and programs that help people and organisations not only adapt, but thrive in an ever-evolving world.
